I’m originally from Reggio Calabria, a beautiful city in Southern Italy, but I fell in love with Florence’s breathtaking landscapes and Renaissance architecture, so I made it my home.
Before becoming a Wedding & Event Planner, I spent seven years working closely with the world of private events and weddings, gaining hands-on experience and refining my expertise. My passion for this industry grew gradually, and what started as a side project alongside my legal career eventually became my full-time profession. To get more insight into this beautiful industry and to further improve my skills, I pursued specialized training in Destination Wedding Planning, mastering all the secrets. Today, I use my experience and network of top-tier vendors to bring my couples’ dream weddings to life.
In 2017 I opened Massara Events Agency, which today relies on a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals. I guide them through every step of the planning process, ensuring that each wedding is flawlessly executed and truly unforgettable.
Over the years, I have built valuable collaborations, and in 2018, I was a semi-finalist at the Italian Wedding Awards, a prestigious recognition of excellence in the Italian wedding industry. In 2026 I was top 3 Destination Planner – Let’s Planner Rome. From start to finish, I’ll be by your side, helping you select the most exclusive venues, the latest design trends, and the best vendors, carefully chosen over years of collaboration. With our Wedding Planner services, it is possible to organize top-notch weddings. The wedding is planned by true professionals in the industry through a comprehensive consultation on every aspect of the day. Starting with the budget and the requests presented by the client, the event is planned every single moment of the day. I can lead you to the discovery of many exclusive and charming Italian locations, such as castles, country relais, villas, palaces, churches and mountain huts, medieval villages, hotels, wineries, abbeys, monasteries and more.
Event & Guest Coordination
First-rate suppliers will be proposed: arrangements, floral decorations, choice of catering, photo and video services, bridal styling, car rental, transfer and guest reception and much more. All following an elegant and consistent thread that will create a happy and memorable day.

We have two locations, one in Florence, a favorite destination for future brides and grooms from all over the world, and the other in Calabria, on the border with Sicily. With our Wedding Planner services you can organise weddings of high level, designed by true professionals through comprehensive advice on every aspect of the day. The wedding is planned in every single moment of the day, with great creative ideas and methodical organisation. Me and my Team of professional Wedding Staffers will always be on site throughout the day of the event to ensure you have a memorable experience.

How we work
1. A method established
Me and my team follow a method established over the years that I’m constantly refining and perfecting to offer couples-to-be a always better experience. We are reliable and accurate and have clear contracts that protect us and our Clients.
We offer only full-service wedding planning and design while respecting your budget. We do not work on a percentage basis; our fee is fixed and based on the complexity of the event and the number of days it takes place. ;
2. Few select weddings
Creating wonderful weddings is an arduous task, which is why we perform only a select number of weddings per year and in any case never more than four weddings per month;
3. Venues research and selection
We select for you the best wedding locations in line with the required characteristics. Have you already selected your location? Don’t worry, we will work with their events team with efficiency and harmony.
4. The best wedding suppliers
We carefully select the best suppliers we work with, always guaranteeing you the best cost/outcome for each service. I do not rule out suggestions of additional vendors, and I’m more than happy to consider new brands and collaborations, as long as they are accredited industry professionals in line with our standards and style;
5. Wedding Design Project
We will guide you in defining the design of your wedding, advising on every decorative aspect from the ceremony to the table, thematic corners and party.
I’ll personally listen to your vision to develop it into unique and refined designs. A dedicated Designer will detail the design from an Inspiration Board. Decorations can be rented or custom made by the Wedding Set Designer Workshop.
6. Wedding day coordinator
My professional team and I will always be on site before and during the wedding to ensure that you have a meaningful and memorable experience. We will be invisible and discrete but always ready to step in to make sure everything is perfect from start to finish.
